A collection of answers to the questions I most often receive before starting a collaboration.
I mainly work with small professional practices and service businesses:
law firms, accountants, consultants, hairdressers, beauty salons, wellness centres and small technical firms.
The common pattern is not the industry, but the fact that they have plenty of work and very little structure.
I am based in Turin (Italy). Strategy and analysis can be handled entirely
remotely for clients across Italy and abroad.
On-site Shadow Day™ and in-person interventions are primarily designed for Turin and surroundings,
but can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis (e.g. Milan or other cities).
We start with an introductory call (around 30–45 minutes) where you walk me through your
current situation, goals and main pain points. I will ask targeted questions to assess whether and how
I can help. If it makes sense to work together, I will suggest the most suitable engagement;
if not, I will be honest about it.
It depends on where you start from and what you want to achieve, but generally:
- 1 day for a Shadow Day™ with report;
- 2–4 weeks for a focused Revenue Rescue Program™ on 2–3 key processes;
- 3–6 months for an ongoing “Zero-Stress Processes” retainer with structural changes.
Yes. I have a strong background in computer engineering, Linux systems and LAMP development.
This means that beyond process work I can help you:
- select or design the right software tools;
- implement tailored micro-automations;
- prepare a realistic roadmap for using AI-based solutions where it actually adds value, without hype.
Pricing depends on the type of engagement (one-off project, intensive programme, monthly retainer, on-site work).
After the initial call you will always receive a clear, detailed proposal covering:
- objectives;
- proposed approach;
- estimated timeline;
- investment required.
